Hikers: Bus from Teveltunet 10:00. Runners: Bus from Teveltunet 11:00

The runners have individual start from 12:00 and onward (time starts when you cross the start line), so there is no need for runners to take the first bus. Please respect these guidelines.

The hikers and runners are brought by boat the final stretch to the half marathon start at the Angeltjønn cabin. This is also an aid station for the longer distances. From here to the finish, all distances follow the same MMC trail. From the Angeltjønn cabin, the trail goes over three mountains, and then down to the finish at Teveltunet.
