Mandatory Equipment - Safety - Checkpoints 

The 50K Mountain Ultra starts at Nøstmo. From here, the trail goes to Sulsjøan where the first checkpoint and service station is located. From there the trail progresses over Storsjøhøgda, Storkjølhaugen and Litjkjølhaugen before arriving at Rundfjellet. Next mountain is Blåberga (1094 masl) before the trail goes down to the aid station at Angeltjønna cabin. Then three more mountains must be climbed, before the descent to the finish at Teveltunet. The last mountain, Huva, is the last aid station.
