Meråker Mountain Challenge hosts a plethora of different distances from the flat 2K at Teveltunet to the full circle 100 miles MMC trail, set to launch in 2024. There is a challenge for everyone in the Meråker mountains! Check out the links below to find your favourite.

The 100 miles distance is, for many, the most classic ultra-trail distance. The MMC 100M start and finish at Teveltunet moutain lodge, and completes the MMC trail as a 'Tour de Meråker'. 100M adds a southern loop to the already existing 100K trail on the north of the E14 road. This is the ultimate challenge for experienced ultra runners!

The 100 km distance is a fantastic mountain ultra adventure. It includes all the best that Meråker can offer. It starts in the county center of Meråker, and finishes at Teveltunet. It has a very early morning start, but as a bonus, if you're able to finish in less than 19 hours, you may not need to use your headlamp at all!

This is the classic MMC ultra distance that has taken place every year since 2011. It starts in Guddingsvika (from 2024: Sulåmoen). After 70 km and 4000 meters of ascent, the runners reach the finish at Teveltunet Mountain Lodge.

The 42K is a beautiful mountain marathon with start at Sulåmoen. It traverses six mountains, and finishes at Teveltunet Mountain Lodge.

This half marathon starts at the idyllic Angeltjønna cabin, where runners are taken by boats by the locals. This race is special in the way that runners are free to choose their own start time within a three hours window. After 21 km the runners arrive at Teveltunet Mountain Lodge.

The 'quarter marathon' consists of a round trip that starts at Teveltunet, goes over the top of Steinfjellet, and finishes back at Teveltunet again after 8 km. This is the shortest timed race distance, open to both competitive runners and hikers alike.

The Minithon offers something for everybody. Families, children and recreational runners can choose between a flat and easy 2 km, or a bit more challenging 4 km round with the Bridal veil waterfall half way. Start and finish at Teveltunet Mountain Lodge, and no timing.

The 'Lundemo Specials' are special races, like the 26 Peaks Extremety Race, that only take place on special occations. Participation is by personal invitation only.

Canicross is a fairly new sport, where runners run with dogs. MMC offers two canicross distances: 8K and 42K.
