Last information for 2023

The last minute information has been sent to all participants who have registered for the 21K, 42K, 70K and 100K distances. If you register late, or for some reason didn't get the e-mail, you can download and read the information letter that is relevant for you. Please check the download area. There you will also find the first information letter, sent on the 7th of July.
