If you need to withdraw from the race, it is best to do so at one of the checkpoints, where race marshals can help you return safely to a pick-up place. If you need to withdraw between checkpoints, you should stay on the trail and contact the race organizer. Important phone numbers for emergency situations will be provided. The runners are obliged to have these phone numbers stored on their mobile phones.

Everyone is obliged to help others in need in case of an emergency. Failure to do so will lead to disqualification.
